This is the purchase of “blocks of time” to complete a project. It is mostly required when there’s a need to have your books cleaned up i.e. fix issues to correct the financial reporting or when you have fallen behind on the books and need us to get the reporting caught up.
Yes! Once you are a business owner you should ensure your books are done at least on a monthly basis by a qualified bookkeeper or accountant, especially if you are not competent in bookkeeping and/or cannot keep up with the upkeep of your financial reporting. You will be operating blindly without accurate financial reports which you will need to make informed business decisions.
Deposits are paid to secure the budgeted time needed to complete your accounting/bookkeeping work. It also demonstrates your commitment and seriousness to having your needs taken care of by our firm.

You’ll be assigned a bookkeeper who will notify you once they have started and during the process, you will receive detailed progress updates until the project is complete. This method keeps you informed on what we are working on at all times until the work is complete.
Yes, but only for special circumstances will you be refunded for a service in full or partially. For example, once a retainer is paid, if we take too long to get started on your work then we honor the refund. It will never be our intention to place clients in a position of waiting extremely long to get work they paid for completed.
Our goal is to provide accurate reports as soon as possible without affecting the quality of the reporting. Therefore, guaranteeing a fast turnaround depends on a number of factors which include but are not limited to:
